4 grape tomatoes

2 avocados

1 limes

1/2 red onions

1 tbsp. biodynamic extra virgin olive oil

to taste salt & pepper

Prepare the Ingredients
• Cut the cherry tomatoes into halves and skin the avocados & slice into small pieces. Dice the onion.
• Place the contents in a bowl together and mix.

Dress the Salad
• Squeeze lime juice over top the avocado and tomatoes.
• Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt & pepper.

• Mix well, divide evenly, and enjoy!
