Ingredients

1 pounds tomatillos

0.5 red onions

1 cup cilantro

1 garlic

1 limes

1 fine grey sea salt

Shop this recipe

1. Chop onion. Peel and chop garlic clove. 

2. In a food processor or blender, combine tomatillos, onion, cilantro, and garlic with lemon or lime juice. Pulse until finely chopped; season with salt.

3. Serve with tortilla chips, fresh baked pita, over seared fish or with eggs.

Chef's Notes: Add jalapeno for some spice!
