1 cup coconut curry, fresh indian simmer sauce

1 cup green kale

1/2 cup sweet potatoes

1/2 cup water

1/2 teaspoon oil of your choice

Shop this recipe

1. Chop the kale and cube your sweet potato.

2. Add the sweet potato to a pan with some oil and cook until fork tender. Add kale to the pan and cook until it softens (about 2 minutes). 

3. Add the Coconu Curry Sauce and water and bring to a rolling boil.

4. Garnish and serve over rice or with your favourite bread.
