Strawberry & Swiss Chard Slad
- Small bowl
- Large serving bowl
2 tbsp. biodynamic extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp. poppy seeds

Prepare the Ingredients
• Wash the strawberries & chard.
• Cut the strawberries in halves. Chop the chard, discard the stems. Place in a large serving bowl.
Make the Salad
• Whisk vinegar, olive oil, poppy seeds, and sugar in a small bowl. Set aside.
• Drizzle the dressing over the strawberries and chard, toss to combine.
Bring It All Together
• Divide evenly and enjoy!
