Oven Roasted Fennel
Great warm or cool as a salad option!
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 black peppercorns
1 balsamic reduction (optional)Shop this recipe
1. Preheat oven to 375F
2. Trim, clean and chop fennels into quarters.
3. Place in a shallow baking dish. Coat in olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
4. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until tender.
Optional: Remove from oven after 25-30 minutes and drizzle with balsamic reduction. Bake another 10 minutes and serve.
