A healthier take on your favourite salty snack – betch’ya can’t have just one!

2 potatoes of your choice (i used purple ones)

~2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Shop this recipe

1. Preheat oven to 210 Celsius

2. Cut the potatoes into 1-2 mm thick slices (or use a mandoline slicer)

3. Arrange potatoes on baking sheets closely to each other (you will need 2 trays)

4. Spray / coat with some oil and sprinkle sea salt on them

5. Bake until golden brown and crispy - about 10-20 minutes, depending on thickness
