1/2 teaspoon honey, wildflower
pinch black peppercorns, wholeShop this recipe
2 tbsp fresh-squeezed lemon juice (optional - swap 1 tbsp of lemon juice for orange juice instead)
1 tsp fresh ginger root, peeled
1/2 tsp fresh turmeric root, peeled
1/2 tsp raw honey
pinch of fresh-cracked black pepper
- Peel the skin off the ginger and turmeric root with a spoon
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blitz until thoroughly combined
- Strain through a sieve and serve immediately or store in the fridge or freezer in small single-serve jars
