Juicer Club: Antioxidant Boost
Fresh City is making juicing as easy as falling off a log. Juicing is a great way to ensure you're eating enough veggies and fruit, especially on the go. Here's a recipe for a great immune-boosting antioxidant smoothie useing fresh grapes and berries!
1 cup blueberries

1. Soak sumac in 2 cups of water for 3 hours. Sumac has a dry, tart flavour and is loaded with antioxidants. Soaking it infuses the water with nutrients; it will turn pink too!
2. Juice the grapes and berries
3. Strain the sumac water and mix with the juices. Stir well.
