Garlic Roasted Brussel Sprouts

1. Pre-heat oven to 375*F
2. Cut stems off brussels sprouts. Peel off the first leafy layer and discard. Cut brussels sprouts into halves (or quarters if you want smaller pieces). **If the other leaves fall off as you are cutting them into halves, don't discard...they become nice and crispy when cooked!
3. Lay a piece of parchment paper over a cookie sheet and place brussels sprouts onto the paper.
4. Sprinkle olive oil, sea salt, pepper and garlic powder over the brussels sprouts. Mix together (use your hands...it's more fun!). **I like to flip the sprouts so that they are face up (flat side up).
Place them into the oven for 15-20 minutes or until they begin to brown.
