Coronation Grape Chia Jam is a deliciously tart grape jam made with chia seeds instead of gelatin making it raw and vegan. Coronation grapes are a seedless variety of concord grape found in Ontario that have a sweet and sour taste that bursts in your mouth. Coronation Grape Chia Jam is sweetened with stevia (or honey or agave depending on your tastes!) to highlight the natural sweetness of the coronation grapes. This recipe from Jesse Lane Wellness can be enjoyed on tea biscuits, pancakes, toast or in overnight oats.
