1 cup blueberries

2 peaches

1.5 cups swiss chard

0.5 teaspoons ground cinnamon

1.5 tablespoons ground chia, flax or hemp seeds

0.5 cups dairy alternative – almond, coconut, or rice milk (unsweetened)

1 date, chopped and pitted

0.25 teaspoons vanilla extract

1. Peel and slice peaches. Roughly chop chard, trim stems.

2. Blend all ingredients and add fluid (dairy alternative or water) slowly, until desired consistency is reached.
