1/4 cup sunflower oil

1/4 cup regular sour cream, 14% mf

1 tablespoon pure lemon juice

1/4 cup parsley (finely minced)

3 small black radish

6-9 white button mushrooms

0 salt & pepper

0 leaf lettuce, raw kale, or cabbage

1. Mix the oil, sour cream and lemon juice, and season generously with salt and pepper. Mix in the parsley. Toss with the salad.

2. Peel and grate the radishes. Clean and slice the mushrooms. Mix them with the dressing, and arrange them on the washed and dried greens.
