Ingredients

5 ounces arugula, clam

2 nectarines

2.5 ounces mapleton's fat-free plain yogurt

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon raw honey

to taste salt & pepper

Shop this recipe

1. Wash and dry arugula.

2. Wash, destone and cut nectarine.

3. Whisk together yogurt stock cube, olive oil, vinegar and honey together until cube is completely dissolved.

4. Mix dressing with salad and salt and pepper if necessary.
