This is one insanely addictive party dish. Our show stopping Nacho Platter is like a salad married nachos and made a hot, cheesy, crispy green baby. It is definitely a showstopper and only needs 1 pan! Pop your nachos in the oven and get ready for a party in your mouth. We even went overboard to make these nachos slightly healthier with an added crunch of kale. Who said you couldn't have a party and eat your greens too?
