Turnips are a root vegetable and member of the cabbage family. They have a creamy-white and purple, red or greenish flesh. Turnips are high in vitamin C and the green leaves are a good source of vitamin A, folate, vitamin C, vitamin K, calcium and lutein. The leaves or 'greens' can also be eaten boiled, steamed, stir-fried or grated into salads.
Ingredients: no chemicals, no GMOs, just organically grown turnips.
