Description

There is nothing more comforting than the a gooey tangle of soba noodles and bright slivers of carrot, cucumber, and bell peppers. The mung beans soak up all that garlicky, gingery tang, the green onions add a hint of healthy freshness and the peanut sauce sits atop it all like one big creamy hug. Our filling and nutritious Peanut Soba Salad is a meal in a jar! Made fresh from scratch with love in Toronto. Simply empty the dressing into the jar and shake to mix. Our salad jars are carefully layered and vacuum-sealed to ensure optimum freshness. Ingredients are all organically grown and locally focused.

Please return your jar.

Please note: the date on the sticker on your jar is a 'best before' date. Please keep refrigerated and consume your salad by this date. Our jars are best consumed within 5 days including your day of delivery.

Maker

Fresh City

Fresh City wants to change how you eat. By bringing makers and eaters closer together, we hope to rekindle the intimacy between people, land and food. For most of us today, farming is an invisible activity. We have lost all contact with the very activity that ten thousand years ago set our species off on its present course. By farming in the city and working with other like-minded makers, we deliver a food experience that respects our bodies, our planet and our shared tomorrow.

Our Vision - to empower all to make conscious food choices.

Our Mission - we create and perfect new ways to connect food makers and eaters.

We teach, we challenge, we encourage.
