Bok choy is native to central Asia and widely used in the cuisines of Thailand, Laos, the Philippines, Vietnam, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia and China. A member of the cabbage family, organic bok choy is rich in Vitamins A and C, as well as potassium. It will last for about a week if kept wrapped in plastic at the bottom of the refrigerator. This bok choy is grown in Ontario.
