Abokichi presents Chili Okazu, the flavour that started it all. Mildly spicy with lots of umami, Chili Okazu makes a great marinade for meat or fish, added to rice or stir-fries, or tossed with edamame for a super tasty snack. Use it as a marinade or as an ingredient in your own homemade salad dressing, this condiment is versatile and we encourage you to experiment.
