One mushroom with many names. Once the 'Agaricus bisporus' has grown up it is called the Portebello Mushroom. Its earlier stages include white button and cremini mushrooms, which is why the meaty taste and texture is so similar to these varieties. Organic portobello mushrooms are great stuffed, cooked or used as a vegetarian burger patty.
Ingredients: No chemicals, no GMOs, just organically grown portobello cap mushrooms.
