Moroccan Salad, jar

Inspired by Moroccan cuisine, this is one of those dishes that is sure to wake up your tastebuds. The perfectly layered vegetables lends both sweetness and satisfaction to the salad and our za’atar mix knows how to keep on giving. We topped the salad with just the right amount of dressing to provide a creamy long lasting ambience on your palate. The dish is deliciously complex, so enjoy every bite with a nuance of new flavours.

Our filling and nutritious Moroccan Salad is a meal in a jar! Made fresh from scratch with love in Toronto. Simply empty the dressing into the jar and shake to mix. Our salad jars are carefully layered and vacuum-sealed to ensure optimum freshness. Ingredients are all organically grown and locally focused.

Fresh City

Fresh City wants to change how you eat. By bringing makers and eaters closer together, we hope to rekindle the intimacy between people, land and food. For most of us today, farming is an invisible activity. We have lost all contact with the very activity that ten thousand years ago set our species off on its present course. By farming in the city and working with other like-minded makers, we deliver a food experience that respects our bodies, our planet and our shared tomorrow.
