The tomatoes are great source of vitamin C, and the garlic adds an excellent immune boosting quality. The combination of lentils, tomatoes, garlic, onion, and mushrooms create a full-bodied symphony of satiating flavours. It doesn’t take a mathematician to know this adds up to a healthy meaty, meatless burger (some carnivores won't even know the difference!).
