This is the only vegan Sloppy Joe recipe you will ever need. They are easy, filling, and highly nutritious. The lentils pack our classic gourmet buns with iron, fibre, and a high quantity of folate. The tomatoes are great source of vitamin C, and the garlic adds an excellent immune boosting quality. The combination of lentils, tomatoes, garlic, onion, and mushrooms create a full-bodied symphony of satiating flavours. It doesn’t take a mathematician to know this adds up to a healthy meaty, meatless burger (some carnivores won't even know the difference!).
