Mighty Fine Brine
Mighty Fine Brine is owned and operated by Dina Rock - a New Yorker, born and raised. The granddaughter of a New York deli owner, she comes from a long line of farmers and kosher butchers. Pickles have been a part of her life for as long as she can remember. After settling in Toronto with her family, she began experimenting and making pickles of her own, using tips and advice given to her from some of New York’s legendary pickle makers and produce from some of Ontario's most beautiful farms. Friends and family were wowed, and Mighty Fine Brine was born.
Mighty Fine Brine brings a piece of culinary New York to Toronto. Their pickles will hook you with their super awesome taste and texture, and transport you to the Lower East Side of Manhattan. Using traditional recipes and fermentation techniques, they hand-make and hand-pack each pickle the same way New Yorker’s have done for over 100 years.
