This is the perfect dinner-party dish; there is something quite romantic about a roasted chicken. It is refined yet rustic, equal parts primal and prim. The plentiful qualities of a whole roast that has a sweet crisp skin on the outside and a tender juicy meat on the inside will taste like you've been working on it all day, but really you spent 10 minutes prepping, turning on the oven, and taking the rest of the day to yourself. A masterpiece without the effort, it will be our secret.

Please Note: Our whole roaster chicken is delivered frozen and packed in an insulated cooler with ice packs. This ensures the meat stays sufficiently cold. May take 1-2 days to defrost.
