Rosewood Estate's Creamed Honey is not to be confused with Honey Butter, this is an all natural creamed honey made from their Wildflower Honey. It's a process created at Guelph University to preserve unpasteurized honey for long trips by forcing its crystallization. Makes a terrific breakfast honey because of its creamy consistency that's perfect to spread on toast! Store in a dry location at 20-25°C. It will keep indefinitely, but if storing long-term freeze in a moisture-proof container.
Ingredients: Beautiful and 100% natural-raw honey.
Rosewood Estates is built on the family’s foundation in beekeeping and European heritage. Today, they create distinctive vineyard-inspired wines, produce natural honey and, as Niagara’s first winery-meadery, handcrafted, innovative meads.
Their vineyards are sustainably farmed, with future generations at the forefront of their thoughts. They believe in being stewards of the land and farm the land according to this philosophy. With over 75 years of beekeeping experience, their team also practices natural and sustainable beekeeping to ensure strong and healthy hives.
