St. Francis Herb Farm's Fenugreek is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as a nutritive tonic and as a galactagogue/lactagogue to help promote milk production/secretion; also as a supportive therapy for the promotion of healthy glucose levels. Fenugreek has many uses, most notably in traditional medicine as a galactogogue, to aid in milk production for nursing mothers. Recently is has also been recognized as a tonic for both female and male hormonal systems and as a blood sugar regulator in diabetes.
Recommended Dose (Adults): Take 2mL (60 drops) four times daily in a little water on an empty stomach.
