Small Flock's Delight eggs come from a cooperative of Amish farmers located in Aylmer, Ontario. They raise hens in small flocks (as the name suggests) of 100 to 500 birds in tents on pasture. In summer, movable shelters are always kept on fresh grass and in winter dried legumes provide lots of loose litter for hens to play and scratch in. These happy hens eat grass seeds or organic GMO-free grain and veggie scraps, with full access to nest boxes or perches.
Ingredients: Ontario raised duck eggs.
