Seed to Sausage Dry Cured Chorizo is made with a selection of smoked peppers including ancho, chipotle, and paprika. It is then sutffed into a natural casing, fermented, aged, and dried. Great on a cheese plate, or included in a dish to add bold flavour and colour.
These are sold by the each, and are generally around 125g.
Ingredients: Pork, Salt, Spices, Nitrite, Sodium Bicarbonate, Culture.

Seed to Sasauge is an Ottawa-based charcuterie and sausage maker. They smoke and cure using their own recipes and the minimal amount of nitrates required by the CFIA (Canadian Food Inspection Agency). All the of the pork they use is hormone and antibiotic free. As well, all of their salamis and sausages are gluten-free.
