This recipe is every bit as delicious as takeout, but with the smugness of knowing you made it from scratch. Our vegan curry has plenty of greens, minimal oil, no sugar, and a whole lot of flavour. We may say this dish might be less traditional than most curries but it is still high on the delicious scale.
