This is a great choice for Taco Tuesday (or any other day, really!). Our deliciously seasoned organic ground beef sings in combination of the caramelized onion and red pepper. This wonderfully tender symphony makes a taco fit for the toughest critic when added to a warm corn tortilla stacked with crunchy romaine lettuce, jalapeno cheese, and a fistful of cilantro leaves. A side salad is a great use of the remaining taco fixings and don't forget to squeeze a little lime in there for extra freshness.
