Rib Eye is at it's best served medium rare, either cooked on the barbeque or in a cast iron pan. Seasoned only with salt and pepper, Rib Eye provides the rest of the flavour. If you're feeling fancy you can splash it with a compound butter - either garlic, thyme, or wild leeks.
