JADE DRAGON: blueberry, kale, and parsley smoothie

  • 1/2 cup (packed) flat-leaf parsley (leaves and stems)
  • 4 kale leaves (center ribs removed)
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 banana (cut into pieces)
  • 1 teaspoon ground flaxseed


  1. Purée ingredients with 1 cup water (or apple, pineapple, or pear juice) in a blender until smooth (add more liquid if too thick).
  2. Enjoy!
