Fresh City is making juicing as easy as falling off a log. Juicing is a great way to ensure you're eating enough veggies and fruit, especially on the go. Add our brand new Juicer Club to your box and each week get the ingredients for 3-4 servings of our juice (or smoothie) of the week, recipe included. Sign-up now: go to your account and log in. In the green Summary window on the right-hand side, click on "Change Subscription." Click "Next" once and find the Juicer Club in the Subscriptions. Choose your Subscription type (weekly or bi-weekly) and click "Add" and look to the green Summary window to see it added to your cart.

ANTIOXIDANT BOOST
concord grape, blueberry, sumac

Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup grapes
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 sumac horn

Instructions:

  1. Soak sumac in 2 cups of water for 3 hours. Sumac has a dry, tart flavour and is loaded with antioxidants. Soaking it infuses the water with nutrients; it will turn pink too!
  2. Juice the grapes and berries
  3. Strain the sumac water and mix with the juices. Stir well.
